WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

BIKE

Bring your own enduro or downhill bike (150–200 mm travel), or rent one of our premium bikes.

HELMET

A full-face helmet and knee pads are essential. We also highly recommend elbow pads and body armour for maximum protection.

CLOTHING

Bring comfortable riding gear suitable for changing mountain conditions. Even in winter, temperatures can vary between the coast and Sierra Nevada.

INSURANCE

We require all guests to have valid travel insurance that covers mountain biking and any activities included in your trip.

TOOLS

Our fully equipped workshop includes professional and specialized tools to keep your bike running perfectly. You can bring some specific ones for your bike.

EXTRAS

Don’t forget your gloves, goggles and your action camera. Bring your biggest smile and be ready for unforgettable days on the trails.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Absolutely. Solo riders are welcome and are often grouped with riders of a similar ability.

To guarantee the best riding experience, our groups are usually limited to 7 riders. Larger groups are welcome and can be divided into two groups of up to 15 riders in total.

Yes. If you rent one of our bikes for part of your stay, we’ll help you set it up to suit your riding style.

Our workshop is equipped to handle most repairs and adjustments. If you need a specific part we don’t have in stock, we’ll source it from a nearby bike shop and do everything we can to keep you riding.

Of course. The Costa Tropical offers beaches, road cycling routes, restaurants and plenty of activities for non-riders companions.

Most riding areas are between 20 and 60 minutes away, allowing us to access a huge variety of trails every day.
